Your attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right will contribute to customer satisfaction and lasting system performance.RequirementsThree or more years of HVAC installation experience, including sheet metal work and ductwork installationProficiency with residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including gas, electric, heat pumps, and refrigerantsValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordAbility to train and supervise others while maintaining professionalismStrong knowledge of safe practices when using tools and equipmentKnowledge of HVAC low-voltage systems and installation code requirementsCommitment to excellent customer service and quality workmanshipWillingness to invest in and maintain your trade toolsComfortable working at heights using ladders and aerial equipment
