POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining digital and visual marketing materials for Champion Integrated Building Solutions (CIBS). This position focuses on social media management, graphic design, branded merchandise, digital content, and marketing support to strengthen the company's brand and promote its products, services, and capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Social Media Management : Manage company social media accounts, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content that promotes company projects, products, capabilities, and activities.
- Graphic Design & Branding : Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, signage, and branded company merchandise.
- Digital Marketing : Maintain and update website content, support digital marketing campaigns, and monitor online engagement to improve brand visibility.
- Content Creation : Capture, edit, and organize photos, videos, and other visual content featuring company operations, manufacturing processes, completed projects, and employee activities.
- Marketing Coordination : Coordinate with internal departments and outside vendors to develop marketing materials, order promotional merchandise, and support company events and initiatives.
- Brand Consistency : Maintain consistent company branding across digital platforms, printed materials, merchandise, and internal communications.
QUALIFICATIONS - Experience : Experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, or marketing content creation is preferred; experience supporting marketing for manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial businesses is a plus.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills : Ability to create digital content, manage social media accounts, and produce professional marketing materials using graphic design and content editing tools; experience with website content management, photography, video editing, and merchandise design preferred.
- Soft Skills : Ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple marketing requests, coordinate with internal departments and vendors, organize creative projects, and translate technical information into clear, engaging marketing content.

SCHEDULE The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility in start and end times based on position, department, and operational needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position primarily operates in an office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, and moving throughout office and manufacturing areas to capture marketing content, as well as handling marketing materials, promotional products, and photography equipment. Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering manufacturing or production areas.
