Crestfield Talent is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing campaigns, develop promotional initiatives, and help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Develop and coordinate marketing content across multiple channels
Assist with social media marketing and audience engagement initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and promotional communications
Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives
Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Track marketing activities and prepare performance reports
Assist with website content updates and marketing projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, advertising, or related fields is preferred
