Personal Lines Account ManagerAre you a Personal Lines professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a book of business, and helping clients truly understand their coverage? R&R Insurance is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you'll manage your own book of business, support renewals, and serve as a trusted resource for clients navigating their insurance needs. You'll play a key role in delivering the high-touch service experience R&R is known for while continuing to grow your technical expertise and industry knowledge.What You'll DoManage and service a personal lines book of business, building strong client relationshipsServe as a primary point of contact for client questions, coverage reviews, and policy changesProcess endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and applications with carrier partnersReview policies with clients and proactively identify coverage gaps or additional needsSupport the renewal process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client goalsQuote new business and remarket accounts as neededCollaborate with producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver solutionsMaintain strong organization and follow-through across tasks and client requestsWhat You'll BringLicensing: Active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employmentExperience: 3+ years of insurance agency or carrier experience, ideally in personal lines and a client-facing roleTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, etc.) is a plusCommunication: Clear, professional communication with strong client-facing presenceOrganization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailProblem Solving: Comfortable navigating client needs, resolving issues, and knowing when to leverage additional resourcesTeam Mindset: Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team successWhy Join R&R Insurance?We're a family-led, fiercely independent agency that's been serving clients since 1975.
