We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and highly dependable Personal Trainer to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Lead personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client’s goals.
• Motivate clients, track their progress, and keep them accountable.
• Build strong relationships that encourage long-term results.
• Deliver a professional, positive, and high-quality training experience.
• Follow our training methods and continue developing your skills.

Who We're Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer (required).
• Passionate about fitness, people, and helping clients achieve meaningful results.
• Confident, personable, energetic, and professional.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Excellent organization and preparation.
• Eager to learn, improve, and grow as a trainer.
• Exceptionally punctual and reliable — being late is not an option. Our clients value their time, and we expect every trainer to do the same.
• Previous experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter too.

Schedule & Location

We are currently hiring for morning and evening availability, with sessions running from 6am until 8 PM.

Morning and weekend availability is a welcome bonus, but consistent evening availability is our priority.

All sessions take place at our private studio:

6 Maiden Lane, Floor 2, New York, NY 10038.

Training & Professional Development

We don't just expect excellence — we help you develop it.

As part of onboarding y ou'll receive access and complete our online training program, designed to teach you the Just Train approach to coaching, client relationships, and long-term success.

In-person training is paid.
